card mailbox

Has anyone ever used or heard of the box being a mailbox?
My mom heard of this but, never saw it and being that my dad was a mailman it would be great.
Comments or pics would be great!!!

I am using a mailbox - my FH is a mailman! I bought one at AC Moore that you put together- not sure how it will turn out - if it's not so good I am going to buy a regular mailbox and decorate it myself.

i used the ac moore mailbox, it worked out great - it even comes with a little flag that we put a Mr and Mrs ____ sign on. The only thing is its kind of plain, white cardboard so you might want to do a little DIY decorating - I glued silk flowers around the opening where the cards go in and stamped wedding bells on the sides, but really you could do anything. I put a couple of big ziploc bags full of sand inside it just to make it heavier and harder for somebody to walk away with. It's a lot cheaper than some of the expensive cardboxs there are out there, especially considering you are never going to use it again. Sorry I don't have a pic but I HTH!
