I bought a wood box at a store like Michaels (but it was in Indiana)..i am re-painting it and cutting the slot in the top. Here is a BEFORE pic...i am painting it white and adding blue seashell stamps around it...it's halfway done so far..i'll post pics when it's finished!

I just ordered my custom made box from this e-bay vendor last night!! It'a a little pricey (around $70) but my lazy, non-creative azz couldn't do this. I am having a 4 tier/present card box custom made. The boxes are square and octagons and are gold, champagne and ivory. I can't wait to see it!

We got ours at A.C. Moore. It looks like a treasure chest with a slit on the top and its covered in white fabric.

Mom and I were going to make it a DIY but rean out steam. then we found this one and it was perfect

I wish I could make one just like this, but I know I'll never be able to figure out how to get the fabric glued to the box without it wrinkling up or having big bubbles in it

I am in the process of making this one now, but opted not to use fabric since its so difficult to work with. I found textured white wedding wrapping paper and used this stuff called 'Mod Podge' that is essentially just glue. Since the paper has texture and ridges, you cant tell whats a bubble and whats part of the desgin. I will post a pic once I am done with it.
