Hi everyone, Just wanted to let you know that the dance studio I work for is running a cardio dance program this summer. July 9th thru August 17th. I'm goin to be teaching it. Its at

I would have loved to go because I definately need to get off my *** and this would have gotten me started .. however selden is a lil too far for me to be traveling being that i live in whitestone

Just wanted to mention their are other adult programs!
We are running an adult jazz and yoga class jazz is thursdays from 8-9 pm yoga is tuesday 8-9 pm
