Cardio inside an apartment on the second floor?????????????

Cardio inside an apartment on the second floor?????????????

How can I do cardio inside a house on the second floor of an apartment (looks like it is going to rain outside!) ???????????

If I jump the guy downstairs will hear me!

Any suggestions?????????

I had this dilemma throughout college - I lived in a dorm that was soooo old and all the floor boards creaked so bad. I turned to Tae Bo - even though it still made some sounds, you can find tapes with a lot of floor work, etc. that still gives you a good workout without being too loud.

You can get a yoga mat or two and work on top of them.

Yep and I second tae bo, use it all the time in my second floor apartment...no complaints in the past 6 years using it.

In my old apartment, my downstairs neighbor actually starting banging on her ceiling (my floor) when I started the 'Firm' tapes.... I had to stop doing them because it was really annoying for her.

I guess you can just stick to some mat-work.
