do any of you gals take this?? i have a location that i go to in suffolk but they dont offer weekend classes. just looking for another location for the weekends! thanks!!

I do this twice a week and run and do bridal bootcamp on the other days but my gym is in the city. I LOVE kickboxing!!!![]()

Haha thanks! It's NO JOKE. Im seriously losing 2 lbs a week since it started. But I have to climb these!!!
wow those stairs are beautiful...to look at! hahaha but 2 lbs a week makes it sooo worth it!!!!
I do cardio kickboxing with OnDemand from Time Warner Cable. It's called Kickboxing Booty Core and it's an awesome workout!

Try CKO. They have classes on Sat and Sun and have been adding new classes all the time.
