I used to go to Master Parellas in merrick, by the outback, dont know if they are still there but it was a good work out!
My sister goes to a place on merrick rd, Ill find out the name for you, heck, Ill call her now......

Absolutely fit in bellmore on newbridge road is amazing! They have cardio kickboxing, boxer's bag and gloves, rebounding, spinning and sculpting classes. Check out their website www.absolutelyfit.com. All the classes are small so it feels like personal training!

I used Master Parella's in Merrick - they were GREAT!!! They have another location in Carle Place but that one gets too crowded. I would join them again but now it is too expensive. I did it when it first came out - the were $49/month now that it has gotten so popular it is more expensive and I have called several places. I thought it was great but I just can't afford it now.

littlecat- thats exactly why I dont go way to expensive now
also, ballys has a KWANDO class, which is like kick boxing but, it is but a little less intense

Yeah! I think their prices are about $75 or $85 a month - that is a little ridiculous considering you are not learning anything technical. You are not learning how to kickbox or anything. Just a workout - I loved them but they are crazy!!!

plus, the two good ones, are gone from what I heard that guy, Eric? opened his own place, and it is expensive lol and I do not think Steven is there either there was a kid, I cant think of his name, who they trained, and he subs for Kenny at the levittown bally for kwando sometimes

Thanks! I did find one in Levittown that is $70/month. I thought that was a lot, I'll have to call some of these places.
