cards and pockets.com-

i ordered a sample pack of different things last monday the 22nd and on the website the status still says 'order in assembly'. i have also tried emailing and calling them and i am not a getting response.
has anyone order anything from them recently? was their a delay in your order?

Not recently. When I ordered, everything was so quick.

Try calling them in another hour due to the time difference. They should answer then.

I ordered samples & my invite pocketfolds from them with no problem...but that was awhile ago...i did recently e-mail them about printing & got a quick response...try calling between 9am-3pm??

i had a problem getting sample stuff from them, i emailed 3 times and called twice before i got an answer from them...but this was a few months ago.

u know whats funny, after i read everyone's post i went back to cardsandpocketts.com and called them. as i was on the phone with them the order status changed to shipped. so hopefully in a few days i will have. very strange!

I just ordered from them. I recieved my sample pack on Monday. Try calling them and leave your name and number, they have always called me back.

Don't always listen to me.

Perhaps I was thinking of envelopemall?? Or perhaps I alwasy called them later in the day??? I dunno. They wewre always on top of stuff even when I called with little questions.

I'm happy they shipped your stuff though Tricia. You'll have it early next week then.
