If you could do ANY random thing for a job, what would it be?
I'd most definitely want to be a figure skater. Then I'd go to the Rinx on random nights and show off my skills.
lol i was gonna say ice capades! but my dream job is to be an FBI agent or sniper!

Re: Career Change
I think I would love to work at Charm City Cakes (Ace of Cakes) but I'm sooooooooooooooooo terrible at icing cakes that I couldn't do it. Hahaha I cursed so much in my baking class at school that my chef said he would fail me if I said 'fuk' one more time.
I would love to have my own company making food gifts for people like cookies and candies and stuff like that.

a professional skier an english professor (college or beyond) a book critic
i'm going for my MBA so i doubt i'll become any of those afterwards - it'd be a waste of like $100k
Trust me... you do NOT want to be an English Professor.
i DO - I'm totally jealous of you.
but only if i can teach british lit and red pen all over everyone's grammar mistakes on their papers
Oh God. Come and sit in on one of my classes. when you see 28 blank faces staring back at you silently when you ask a SIMPLE question, you might rethink
i'm sure that's true. i was so into english though but this generation is terrible (ew i sound like my dad).
Its true! I had to give a mini-lesson today on commas! These are people who had to pass the English Regents, and they have no CLUE how to use a comma.
wait, they did pass and they don't know how to use a comma? I'm okay with commas though they're not my favorite; i prefer the semi-colon.
This is how their sentences look:
I got up and went to the store, when I got there I saw, three cats, and one of the cats was yellow, but one was red, blue, white and orange, and then I went home.
They have no CLUE.

i literally just laughed out LOUD.
i had to edit my group's midterm paper last week (b/c i was an english major so i got picked) and they gave me their 'final' draft that i was just supposed to check for grammar.
I rewrote the whole thing. I should show you the before and after. You could tell none of these guys have written since college. so apparently, 25-30 year olds can't write either.

Another thing I'd LOVE to be is a doctor. I'd love to be able to help those who need it and who are sick. I think it would be such a rewarding job (most of the time, hopefully) however im a p*ssy and get nauseous and light headed at the sight of blood and anything else so there goes that idea
