Does anyone know a dj that can play caribbean music? I don't mean that they will play a few cds that you give them but have a real collection. reggae, soca, calypso, merengue, konpa, etc-along those lines. I've been having a really hard time. Any suggestions at all would really be appreciated.

Call Ebony Entertainment. I think they may be exactly what your looking . They are doing my wedding at the Milleridge next year and came very highly recommended. Here's another option for you. You can also call Entertainment Integrators. My girlfriend used them, and she had a Caribbean theme wedding, and wanted a lot of caribbean music, same types you mentioned. They played everything we know and love, and also made the reception a lot of fun, w/a great mc !!!
I am also booking them, even though I am not going w/a caribbean theme, I want all types of music from Caribbean, to r/b to hiphop, old school, . . . and I'm sure they can deliver. 1-888-EI-HAS-IT. When I called I left a VM, and they called me back and gave me an in-home presentation. I was impressed !!!!! The contact name, I believe is Ernest.

I second Entertainment Integrators, they did my GF's wedding and they were awesome!!! They did our August 3rd wedding and everyone is still talking about them. We didn't book them yet. LOL but we had a good visit, we talked about how much fun we had at your wedding !!!!!!!
