I am really set on Carlyle on the Green, but my FH keeps telling me that he is hearing bad things about the food!
Has anyone been there that could give me an accurate answer..please!

sorry can't help you there - but the place is beautiful...if FH & I had the funds that would have been our #1 choice but another bride was thinking about that date as well...I believe if you book with them you'll definitely need uplighting to spruce up the room...
We went with our second choice - The Woodlands - it's a lot more homey feeling not as gigantic looking for our guestlist of 150-200...

I went there for my bosses' son's Bar Mitzvah a few years ago and I thought it was great!

Everyone raves about their food! You could always go to the restaraunt. It is the same caterers.

FH went there for a work event this past winter/spring and said the food was just as good as it was when we went to a wedding there 2 years ago.
I have my tasting next Sunday and I'll post about the food.

I was there 3 years ago for my Brothers wedding. The food was good. My only complaint was every time you put a drink down on the table even if it was full you would come back and it would be gone!!!!

I've eaten at their restaurant The Oak Room and I thought the food was very,very good.
