Can those of you who visited both Carlyle on the Green and the Glen Cove Mansion give us a pro con list? What did you love or hate, better menu, pricing, coordinators, etc . I've searched some of the back threads but figured it would be easier to just start a new one on this topic. I'm likely choosing between these two venues and need advice. So far the only thing I've got is that I believe the Carlyle is one event at a time. Thanks!!

Re: Carlyle on the Green & Glen Cove Mansion
Never been to GCM but the only thing I didn't like about the Carlyle (from a guest POV) was the cocktail hour set-up..There were stations in about 4 different rooms including the hallway, and not even close to enough seats (and the wedding was about 175 guests)
The ballroom is beautiful, the food was great, and FSIL said the bridal attendant was wonderful. They did an outdoor ceremony was very elegant as well
