Has anyone been on the Carnival Cruise out of Port Canaveral for 3 days to the Bahamas? Thanks!

My FH and I were looking for a cruise to go on for a summer vacation, and were told to STAY AWAY from Carnival from various people and travel agents. Lots of kids on camp trips, etc.

I did the one out of miami during various times of the year, I never saw any kids. School usually starts around then anyway, doesn't it?
