Carnival cruisers !!! HELP !!!

Whats the best level to be in an oceanview room? I s the main level really noisy? Please help, I need to make a decision

I haven't been in an oceanview room, but the higher you are on the ship the better. If you are on a level between other rooms than it isn't too noisy. (I've been on the deck right below the pool and we always heard them moving the deck chairs). The only reason I say the higher the better is because you will be more centrally located to the lido deck and pools and the lobby and shops.

(Also if you book an oceanview guarantee you have a better shot at being upgraded...)

HTH!
