CARS: How much below sticker price do you expect to pay?
The car I'm looking at has sticker price of $19,100, invoice is $17,700, and my quote was $16,900. Is that good?

what i do is i take that price and go to another dealer and get a lower one!

It's a 2005, but they made a 2005 1/2 with the new body style, so this is the OLD bodystyle. I can't really negotiatie it with another dealership, no one has them left. Although I could get a $23,000 car for $19,000..there's jst NO way I can spend that much...
that's good though, right? I used to sell cars and we never sold them below invoice, but everyone I talk to is making me feel so paranoid..like I'll never get the best price

it's a 2005 jetta.
I just found out my old boss at the VW dealership opened his own hyundai dealership and he's going to hook me up
I really want the jetta tho, so we'll have to see

Its in the rbonx, on bronx blvd. Formerly Bronx Hyundai, they're changin the name to big apple hyundai. He just bought it.
