Cassarino video
I really like them for photography and just went ahead and booked them for video too. At the time, I didn't care much about the video and figured it would be easier to have the same company arrange both. Now of course, I'm all stressed because I've gone back and seen the videos and I'm not crazy about their style at all. Its fine, I just wasn't impressed. I made the mistake of looking around and I've seen much better videos. Has anyone used them and liked them? I'm hoping its just the demos. Would it be silly for me to lose the deposit and go with someone else? I tried to get them to apply my deposit to the photography package but they won't do it. I was a little annoyed by that since they told me themselves they don't arrange for the videographer until a few weeks before so its not like they paid someone yet. But I signed a contract so I guess I can't complain. Its $500 which I think is a significant amount of money to throw away. FH told me to go ahead and cancel because he's tired of hearing me complain but I'm still not sure.

Re: Cassarino video
I am using Cassarino for photo and using Bellarino for video. I don't remember hearing too much bad about their videos. I know one bride used them and had a problem, but I do know that they rectified it!
Is your photo on a different contract from your video??? I do not understand why they cannot apply it to your photo package. When I went they didn't even offer video to me. I dont think it's something they advertise often. Anyway, try to do a search, I'm sure you are not the only bride who booked them for video too! I'd call again. Who did you speak to? Why don't you try speaking with the owner. I think his name is Nick. If they want to keep your business they should work something out with you. Their photography is NOT cheap! Good luck!

it's never good to lose $500, but this is a video you will have forever and watch over and over...if you are truly unhappy about it, and the $500 wouldn't leave a huge dent in your budget, then go with someone else...Welcome New Vendors
