Casual Day pic/Engagement pic question...

Do you tip the photographer for those pics?

I did! It is not necessary, but I was so happy with the way things went and he spent a few hours with us, so I think he deserved it.

who was your photographer? we have alberto for the day of but hes not available on Saturdays till August so we are using someone else for the casual day pics.

I'm using Duet and going into the city to do a casual day, do you mind me asking how much a good tip is???? You can FM me if you want... I really appreciate it...

I just booked mine with Jay for May 8th at Planting Fields. However, we just found out the Arboreum closes at 5 pm so I have to call back and see if we can do it on a Sunday.

I haven't thought about this yet. Honestly, I think I would tip after I saw the proofs because that's the finished product.

thats true too. i need to find a place to do the pics too.. eek.. i forgot about that!

i was going to ask the same question. we're going in 2 weeks and i'm not sure if we should tip and how much. it's going to be our main photographer and we want him to 'like' us and do his best work on our wedding so .....

No it took about 30 minutes, he will be tipped at the wedding.

I didn't even think about it, and now I feel awful. We had such a great experience with Alberto. I'll just have to make it up to him at the wedding...
