631.218.6999 and they have a website!
my sister had a great backyard e-party last summer and we used him. he was great, on time, professional--everything looked awesome. the party was such a success and i called a bunch of places to compare his prices and they were the best for what we were getting...
FYI: if you are on a budget, mention it, come up with a total number or price per head before-hand that you want to stick with and tell him 'this is what we can afford and what we can do' and he'll make it happen. he has a nice BBQ menu, tents if you need, chairs, the whole thing... good luck!!
Here's the link!
