went to go see the jt yesterday...very nice...but not enough grounds i thought for photos...who knows...i think i am becoming so stressed with all of this reception hunting. tonight i am going to try to go to the scotto places....since they have the same owners do all the places have the same menu? Well thanks for letting me vent ladies..anyone with helpful information is welcomed...julia

No, it's not all the same menus. I booked the Watermill, but we also looked at Westbury Manor and my friend got married at Fox Hollow. CB is too tacky for my taste. All 4 are very different. Check them all out if you can. Lisa

Fox Hollow

I'm getting married at Fox Hollow. I did go to all the Scotto Brother's facilities and each menu is different, although I wouldn't say extremely different. The one thing I can tell you is that the pricing, depending on the time and place is not the same. I do think all of the Scotto's places are very nice, so if you wind up choosing one of their facilities, I'm sure you will be very happy. Im getting married at Land's End and I just love the grounds...lots of flowers and a gazebo and the water!!! Also its 'sister' location flower fields has tons of grounds... You may even think about Crest Hollow CC or Woodbury CC...

We are having our reception at the Westbury Manor this coming November. Haven't chosen menu, yet. We'd love to hear what you've decided. The WM is just beautiful. I'm sure you are as excited as we are!!!

Here are my opinions (I have visited most places and been to about 6-7 weddings a year for the past 3 years): I think that the Scotto Brothers have lots of similarities but they all have their own unique feel.... Westbury Manor-I liked it alot. Nice grounds...for beautiful pictures. I have been to a wedding there and it was nice. (Lobby can get crowded b/c they do more than one event at a time). The menu was nice but I felt others gave you more for your money but we didn't try to bargain at all. Fox Hollow-the food esp. the cocktail hours was good. I think it is started to look a little older. CB-not my type- menu seemed good and I liked the cocktail hour room downstairs. Totally different feel from FH and WM. No grounds. Have you looked at Woodbury and Crest Hollow? Both have lots of grounds that are very pretty. One of my closest freinds got married at Woodbury and they did a good job. I went to a wedding at Crest Hollow and my brother is getting married there. The menu is good and the grounds are great! I also really liked John Anthonys and Thatched Cottage (the upstairs room - -unfortunately my wedding was too big for it). They were my second and third choices. Carlton on the Park is gorgeous! Very Expensive but if you can swing it..it seemed great. I also went to a wedding at East Wind and it was nice. The food was good and plentiful. Huge dinners too!

I am getting married at the Fox Hollow in Nov., We went to see all Scotto halls, each extremely different. They are so helpful, they give you a wedding planner and their list of vendors to use is the best around! You can't go wrong with the Scotto Brothers!
