Either way, are you wearing your veil the whole time?

Re: cathedral veil?
Haven't decided on a veil yet because I haven't found a dress yet!
Either way, I think I'm going to remove the veil for the reception.

Re: cathedral veil?
Not getting a cathedral veil because the train on my dress has satin and organza so I feel the cathedral veil will take away from the train

Re: cathedral veil?
I don't have a cathedral, I have a fingertip length veil but I do not plan on wearing it for the entire night. I am going to be wearing it during the ceremony and then for some pictures, but after that I will just have my flower in my hair (the veil will be off before we make our entrance)

Re: cathedral veil?
When I tried on the dress I *think* is the one, they put it with a finger tip length veil. It was PERFECT. Didn't take away from the dress but was long enough for me to feel it looked dramatic.

Re: cathedral veil?
I have a fingertip veil, I feel like the cathedral veil needs to be for a grand aisle and I am having my ceremony at the RH. I am removing my veil after CH, so I can party!!!!!!

I have a catherdal veil, haven't decided what to do at the reception, may get a fingertip veil or just do without one during the reception.

This is EXACTLY what I did.

Re: cathedral veil?
I'm getting one but it will come off after the church... It matches my elbow length veil.. The elbow length one will stay on my head the entire night

Re: cathedral veil?
I'm wearing a cathedral veil. I never thought in a million years that I would- but it was made specifically for my gown and really looks so beautiful. It was expensive but Mommy's wallet couldn't help itself
I'll wear the veil for the ceremony and some pictures. Definately will have it off for the CTH and Reception. Hoping to find a flower or small clip that will look good with the veil on and off (the last thing I want to do is wrestle with my hair on my wedding day).

Re: cathedral veil?
My mom made my veil and she made it a little longer than finger tip. I didnt want a cathedral length veil because i am getting married at the RH and the isle is not long. I didnt want to be standing at the front with my veil still outside the door. Just a personal preference.

Re: cathedral veil?
I'm wearing a cathedral veil with a 2 layer fingertip veil for the ceremony, taking the cathedral off after the ceremony and pics, leaving the fingertip on for 1/2 the reception, then after dinner that's coming off and I'm switching to a flower so that I can DANCE!
