Re: Catholic Brides
That is so great...THANKS!! It is my biggest worry. #1 Do you have to have a letter from your church to get married in another or will proof of sacraments do?
We want to get married near the reception site because it is pretty far on LI and we have a lot of OT guests. We have recently moved to the city and never registered at the church near us. Should we register there and then ask for a permission letter to marry elsewhere? Should I ask for a letter from my families church in Queens where I am still registered. My FH has not registered anywhere since grammar school so either we both do it in the city or I can say he was attending with me at my families church. AHHHHHH!!
SOOOOO afraid I am going to screw this up and will not be able to go anywhere! Any info you get would be AWESOME!!!!

Re: Catholic Brides
Maybe you can do a post of the more common questions asked, instead of using FM . I know it would help alot of girls out and would probably help save you alot of time with FM mails back and forth with each individual girls. I am already married but would still like to hear the answer.

Re: Catholic Brides
I am Catholic and my FI is Lutheran. I would like his family and especially FI to receive communion. Apparently this is a no-no, but I understand that dispensations can be made. If they mention anything about this canyou let me know. It is very important to me that everyone take part. Thanks.
