We havent picked ours officially yet, but this is one we are definitely having. Its from Corinthians i think, not sure exact chapter or verse:
Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, is not pompous, it is not inflated, it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury, it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.

FIRST READING:
A Reading From the Book of Ecclesiastes (sounds like ah-klee-see-az-tease)
Give generously, for your gifts will return to you later. Divide your gifts among many, for in days ahead you yourself may need much help.
When the clouds are heavy, the rains come down. When a tree falls, whether north or south, the die is cast, for there is lies.
If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done.
God’s ways are mysterious as the pathway of the wind, and as the manner in which the human spirit is infused into the little body of a baby while it is yet in it’s mothers womb.
Keep on sowing your seed, for you never know which will grow --- perhaps it all will.
This is the word of the Lord.
Thanks be to God.
SECOND READING: A Reading from the first letter of Saint Paul to the Corinthians
Brothers and sisters: Strive eagerly for the greatest spiritual gifts.
But I shall show you a still more excellent way.
If I speak in human and angelic tongues but do not have love, I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal.
And if I have the gift of prophecy And comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge;
If I have all faith so as to move mountains, But do not have love, I am nothing.
If I give away everything I own, And if I hand my body over so that I may boast But do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, it not pompous,
It is not inflated, it is not rude, It does not seek its own interests,
It is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury, It does not rejoice over wrongdoing But rejoices with the truth.
It bears all things, believes all things, Hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never fails.
The word of the Lord.

That gospel, the one where 2 people are walking and they meet Jesus is the story of The Road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35). We also used that as our gospel reading.

Found it ... the priest had ammended it to fit though so it's not exactly the same as below.
On the Road to Emmaus
Two disciples of Jesus that same day (the first day of the Sabbath) were making their way to a village named Emmaus, seven miles distant from Jerusalem, discussing as they went all that had happened. In the course of their lively exchange, Jesus approached and began to walk along with them. However, they were restrained from recognizing him, He said to them, 'What are you discussing as you go your way?' They halted in distress, and one of them, Cleopas by name, asked him, 'Are you the only resident of Jerusalem who does not know the things that went on there these past few days?' He said to them, 'What things?' They said, 'All those that had to do with Jesus of Nazareth, a prophet powerful in word and deed in the eyes of God and all the people; however, our chief priests and leaders delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him. We were hoping that he was the one who would set Israel free. Besides all this, today, the third day since all these things happened, some women of our group just brought us some astounding news. They were there at the tomb before dawn and failed to find his body, but returned with the tale that they had seen a vision of angels who declared he was alive. Some of our number went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said; but him they did not see.' Then he said to them, 'What little sense you have! How slow you are to believe all that the prophets have announced! Did not the Messiah have to undergo all this so as to enter into his glory?' Beginning, then, with Moses and all the prophets, he interpreted for them every passage of scripture which referred to him. By now they were near the village to which they were going, and he acted as if he were gong farther. But they pressed him: 'Stay with us. It is nearly evening--the day is practically over.' So he went in and stayed with them. When he had seated himself with them to eat, he took bread, pronounced the blessing, and then broke the bread and distributed it to them. With that their eyes were opened and they recognized him; whereupon he vanished from their sight. They said to one another, 'Were not our hearts burning inside us as he talked to us on the road and explained the scriptures to us?' They got up immediately and returned to Jerusalem, where they found the Eleven and the rest of the company assembled. They were greeted with, 'The Lord has been raised! It is true! He has appeared to Simon.' Then they recounted what had happened on the road and how they had come to know him in the breaking of the bread. [Luke 24:13 - 35]

The wedding at Cana...
Gospel Reading John 2:1-11
On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus' mother was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. When the wine was gone, Jesus' mother said to him, 'They have no more wine.' 'Dear woman, why do you involve me?' Jesus replied, 'My time has not yet come.' His mother said to the servants, 'Do whatever he tells you.' Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, 'Fill the jars with water'; so they filled them to the brim. Then he told them, 'Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.' They did so, and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside and said, 'Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.' This, the first of his miraculous signs, Jesus performed in Cana of Galilee. He thus revealed his glory, and his disciples put their faith in him.

Re: Catholic Brides... which reading did you pick for the mass?
I picked mine from the book cause we are having a mass. Here they are
Allow us to live together to a happy old age.
This is the first one
A reading from the book of Tobit
On their wedding night Tobiah arose from bed and said to his wife, Sister, get up. Let us pray and beg our lord to have mercy on us and to grant us deliverance. Sarah got up, and they started to pray and beg that deliverance might be theirs. They began with these words:
'Blessed are you, O god of our fathers; praised be your name forever and ever. Let the heavens and all your creation praise you forever. You made Adam and you gave him his wife Eve to be his help and support; and from these two the human race descended. You said , It is not good for the man to be alone; let us make him a partner like himself. Now, lord you know that i take this wife of mine not because of lust, but for a noble purpose. Call down your mercy on me and on her and allow us to live together to a happy old age.
They said together, Amen amen
The word of the Lord
This is the second reading
Welcome one another as Christ welcomed you
A reading from the letter of saint Paul to the Romans
Brothers and sisters We ought to put with the failings of the weak and not the please ourselves: Let each of us please our neighbor for the good, for building up. For Christ did not please himself. May the god of endurance and encouragement grant you to think in harmony with one another, in keeping with Christ Jesus, that with one accord you may with one voice glorify th god and father of our lord Jesus Christ.
welcome one another, then as Christ welcomed you, for the glory of god. May god of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope by the power of the holy spirit.
The word of the Lord
