How did you pick your music for the mass??

We went and met with our music coordinator and she helped us.

We had some ideas but most of them came from her!!!

My church had a wedding music workshop where we could listen to all the songs and the different cantors.

We meet with our church the month before and we also got a book to choose from at mass we had to attend for pre-cana.

My friend is singing and recommended the songs she thought fit best...I went with:

Responsorial Psalm: I Have Loved You
Offertory Song: Grow Old With Me
Communion: I Will be Here
Candle Lighting: The Wedding Song

You can look these up online. My church provided us with a CD.

You just put the song int he adress and it will come up... A cd is cool I never got that????

we met with organist and she walked us through. played little pieces of various options for each part and we just picked. it was really quick and easy.
