I think you have a bit of wiggle room here but we had two readers and 2 people to bring up the gifts.

Ours needed 2 readers.
I have my 2 cousins that weren't in the party handing out programs.
and then you have your bridal party, priest, and altar boys.

1 for new test.
1 for the petitions.
all four parents are bringing up the gifts.
