There are four gifts. We asked our godparents to bring up the gifts.

We also had 4 people to bring up the gifts and a 5th person to bring up a Food Basket that was a donation to the church's food pantry.

ETA: There is usually 2 bread, and the water/wine bottles to bring up.

Here is one that has the host for the people in the church, a plate with the host for the priest, a wine cup (stupif word that I am using ) for the people in the church and the Chalice
for the priest.

Our church told us that we can have as many people bring up the gifts as we like. Only 4 people get to actually carry something but the others can accompany them....it's more symbolic that these are also important people.
