Catholic Church Ceremony (Not Mass) Format

Can someone please share the format of a church ceremony. Are there readers?

I'm not sure of the exact format, but I think the ceremony is only about 15 minutes shorter than the full mass. There are still 2 readings, gospel, and homily with just a ceremony. I *think* the only thing they don't do during the ceremony that is done in the full mass is the Eucharist.

The ceremony is the first part of the mass until the homily. There are readings and the gospel. After the homily is when you say your vows. I am not sure when you do the Unity Candle- if its before or after the vows. No Eucharist, sign of peace

I was wondering about this too. Thanks for asking.

it is basically the same as the full mass but you do not have communion.

you save about 15 mins by having only the ceremony.
