Catholic Church (what docs are needed?)

We are getting married at St. Rose of Lima, and I can't find the paperwork they gave me. What documents do we each need to provide? Proof of baptism, anything else? (Pre-cana is going to be scheduled in a few weeks).

same here plus the pre cana and we had to sign an oath and have it notorized

All we had to provide was proof of baptism and a letter from the priest at my parish (I don't know why only my parish and not FH's since we're not getting married in either, but whatever) giving the okay to get married at a different church. I thought it was going to be a pain to get but when I called my parish they had both the baptismal certificate and the letter ready for me to pick up by the end of the day!

ETA: Gina's right, we did have to have the notarized letter saying we're not related or previously married in the church or whatever it says.

Off the top of my head...I believe you will need to give them the certificate of completion from Pre-Cana, and proof of baptisim, which should also list your proof of communion and confirmation since church where you are baptised should keep track of that if you did not make sacraments all at the same church.

Dont know about your church but my church is making FH get a letter from his parish stating that he is in 'good standing' since he wasnt a parishoner at the church where we are marrying (iam). We just made him a parishoner, so hopefully we wont need that anymore.
