As long as it's an interfaith marriage, you can get a dispensation for getting married outside of the church. I'm Catholic and my FH is Jewish and we're having a Catholic Priest and a Rabbi marry us at the venue. You'll still have to do precana though. Contact your parish Priest and he'll walk you through what you need to do. HTH! FM me with any questions :)
I don't think my home parish priest will marry outside of the church at the venue though...
Oh gotcha. Are there any other priests in your parish aside from the pastor? A deacon can also perform marriages. My pastor just became a Bishop and told me that he won't be around to do my wedding, but he's going to help me find another priest or deacon that will be available. I just started figuring this all out myself, but you can always try contacting other parishes and seeing if another priest there will help.

I belong to St. Mary of the Isle. My diocese is Rockville Center. I'm not sure where you live, but maybe you can try contacting your diocese and see if they can set you up with a priest?
