My dress has a semi-cathedral train..it's the one thing i dislike about it... my question is...i love the way the cath. veil looks going down the back....do i have to have it the length of the train...or can it end once it hits the floor?

The woman at the bridal shop where I bought my dress told me that typically you want a cathedral length veil to be a little longer than your train so it 'follows' you. If it's shorter, it will just sort of hang there...
