Caymen Islands

DH and I want to go away in Feb, Thinking about Caymen Islands, any info, food, all inclusives? outside the resort area if its ok. Any input would be great. TIA


ETA: If you can recommend another tropical place, we have been to Aruba & Jamacia, someplace new?

I was in the Caymen Islands, but it was a stop on our cruise.. it is pretty pricey but soooooooooooooooooooooooo beautiful..
I know there is a hard rock in town..

I was in the Cayman Islands in 2003 and it was beautiful BUT when I was planning my HM that was one of my choices and my TA told me NOT to go b/c of the hurricanes it took a big hit and they have not built it up again? I would do some research before deciding to go there. I do not mean to upset you but I just want you to know what I was told before you go.
