FH's co-worker just got married in August '07. They used Celebration Studios - and now they went out of business! FH's co-worker has their proofs but no album and no video - all of which has been paid for. I feel so bad for them and am nervous now! I'm not using them, but it's just another thing to worry about (i'm a worrier, what can i say)
Yeah....it's been all over the news lately. I feel terrible for all the brides and grooms that have to deal with this....what a nightmare.

I saw this story featured several times in the past week on CBS 2 News. Last night on the 11pm news, they said that NJ has now filed a lawsuit and that over 500 newlywed couples are involved since they never received their proofs, albums, etc.

O my goodness this scares the hell out of me weddings are too expensive for people to go through this stress and time and memories people can't get back

My sister paid them $5K in November for her August wedding. They were promised a 25% discount if they paid in full and now they are sc-rewed!!

Oh man..so what's gonna happen? is there any way they can get a refund or at least their pictures on a high res. cd with full copywrights to them?
