Cell phones

I heard on the news today that after Nov 24th you can keep the # you have no matter what service you change to. I love that!! I cant wait to change services.

Re: Cell phones

I am anxiously awaiting for Nov. 24 because I'm dying to get rid of Sprint. It's been nothing but trouble, but I don't want to change my number because that is the only phone number I have (We don't have a land line).

Yes but will your service provider charge you for breaking your contract? That's what I wish would go away!!! I hate AT&T Wireless and so does FH but we have 1 more year to go or we have to pay.

Im with Sprint because I travel a lot and call home almost weekly. Free Long Distance and all the minutes that *I* need for $30 is prefect for me.

I really hate the so called free long distance plans that only work if you're calling from your 'home' area.

FCC has been trying to implement this rule for the last 5 years but the phone companies always manage to find a loophole....I hope this is for real!!

Re: Cell phones

That would be great if it goes through. We are switching plans and I hope we can wait until they allow this.
