anyone have any good or bad experiences they would like to share? thinking about getting my dress and brides maid dresses there

bad experience...
i took two BMs there and i felt the woman was out of line. she didn't really care what i liked, she was insisting a couldn't order a particular fabric for my august wedding (a normal fabric that almost every bill levkoff dress is made of - and i didn't ask her opinion either). she was also insisting she would not hem my bm's dress. my bm is 5'0' and we were looking at tea length dresses - the thing came down to her ankles, meanwhile the same dress on my sister, who is 5'5', was at her knees.
maybe if you could get a different salesperson it would be a better experience.

thanks so much! it sounds like you had a bad experience with that sales person, but i would hope that they arent all like that. im sorry for your bad experience there! maybe i will see who else has the dress i like

i had a great experience there - i dealt with Beverly who was wonderful
i didnt wind up ordering from them, but only becausei got my gown at a trunk sale elsewhere

I went twice with Barbara. I really liked it there. I went on a weekday so they didn't rush me or anything. I was there at least 2 hours each time.

i went 2x on a saturday and was there at least 2 hours as well

yea, i walked in twice on saturdays and they took all of there time with me and didnt rush me at all. that was what i liked about them.
