Centerpeice with Pic

Original post by jus and james

Hey Girls I was thinking of doing this centerpeice and making it myself, minus the flower part of it ofcourse. Does anyone have any idea where I could buy branches like that. I've already tried Michael's and A.C. Moore, and I've tried looking online too.

Thanks!

Check with Kittythestraigh when she comes back from her honeymoon. She used similar branches to do a 'Tree'.

FM her and I am sure she will reply when she comes back.

I was going to do trees for centerpieces until I learned how they were very labor intensive and thus cost MORE money for the florist to do than flowers. I had them use curly willow in our centerpieces for the natural look. Just keep in mind that it can be heavy and the willow will need to be secured well if you do it yourself.

This may sound crazy, but why dont you use real branches. fall is here and once the leaves fall off the trees, you can experiment!

That is exactly what I was thinking! You and FH could make a 'date' of it- go branch hunting and then have a hot cup of cocoa It defi s one of my favs though!
