Ok, so I'm looking around for tall vases for our centerpieces...what height would you recommend? 24'', 26'', 28''?

Not sure but just make sure when you do buy them that people can see each other as they're seated.

I wanted to have some flowers hang down like that and I don't want them to be in their face...

I would go with anything above the 21'.
He is sitting close to that vase in the photo, but I think it might still be a sight 'hazard' even if centered on table!!
