Centerpiece Help!!

Can people post pics of high and low centerpieces that use affordable flowers, like roses. I am trying to save money where I can (this damn wedding is getting pricier by the minute) and I am not huge on flowers so I am thinking I can save money in that area. The problem is that I can't come up with any good ideas.

I haven't decided on my centerpieces yet either... but my FSIL used Burton's. They charge you the same no matter what kind of flowers you use. And, they're supposed to be very reasonable.

I was on a budget and used less expensive flowers. I absolutely loved my cp's (I had 3 different ones to shake it up a bit) and my florist...shout out to Verbena Designs!

I'm saving money on flowers and doing the centerpieces myself, I don't have any pics but we are buying the large martini glasses from AC Moore and just putting water and floating candles then rose petals spread on the tables..I'm saved a ton of money this way!!

I'm doing centerpieces myself also. I'm using pillar candles inside hurricane vases and two tapered candles on each tables. The hurricanes will look something like this:

Re: Centerpiece Help!!

we did candelabras with rose petals strewn on the tables
we got the candelabras from target and ordered the pillar candles from www.njcandle.com and got the rose petals from our florist.
we saved $$ by doing it this way.

This is what we did, we had roses and those berries in bud vases. There was one for each couple and that was their favor. (saves money on favors) HTH

Not the best picture, but they looked really nice the day of (it looked like one big center piece).

I am also doing my own centerpieces....
Candles as well...
I got a glass bowl, putting 3 floating candles in it and on each side of the bowl 2 pillar candles on glass stands...
The candles will be in the same colors are my BM dresses!
It cost me $30 for all my centerpieces!
