Centerpiece Question

I'm getting married at George Washington Manor-- Included in the wedding are centerpieces with half a dozen roses and votive candles on each table.

The thing is, I would rather pick out my own centerpieces, if money permits.

My questions are:
Do your reception places include centerpieces?
If so, are you using them?
Are any of you turning down included centerpieces and going with your own?
