I just read about using cranberries as the bottom part of a centerpiece and topping it with either crystalized fruit or water with candles. anyone seen this before I try it? It sounds nice. I would love to find a picture...

thanks for looking, I am going to keep looking myself. just the mix of colors sounds great. plus since I am on a tight budget for the centerpieces this could work but not look cheap.

this sounds like an interesting twist...fruit and flowers with the candle...
I had cranberry centerpieces at my wedding, where we floated them in glass cylinders with candles on top and daisies submerged underneath.

my florist is making a sample centerpiece for me as well with cranberries at the bottom.
