I'm going with a beach theme wedding and I was thinking about centerpieces. I thought getting a fishbowl and putting shells or sand or both on the bottom and flowers on the top would look nice. Does anyone have a picture of something like this or any other kinds of beach centerpiece ideas i may not have thought of yet?

my floirst said you just have to be careful about the flower stems being in the same water as shells if the shells are store bought---something about the chemicals in them can wilt the flowers. also consider that if you have sand in the water, the water might be cloudy (unless given a lot of time to settle). candles and sand and shells are beautiful alone as well! there are so many different styles with the different glass containers found at craft sotres and even walmart. good luck! ~Lacey
