Getting married in 28 days and haven't seen a sample or heard from my vendor. Is this normal?

I'm 24 days out and have mine today, but I heard from them a month ago.

I haven't seen one at all, but I wasn't planning on it either. I'm just going to trust my florist since they have such a good rep

I called today and they haven't gotten back to me yet. They are on facebook too and i know they did a wedding last week so that makes me feel a little better. Thanks ladies.
