I was considering doing floating candles as centerpieces. Is anyone else doing this? If so, what are you using to put the candles in. Thanks so much everyone!

Re: Centerpieces
I am doing this but the florist is doing it for us. Im really not sure of the glass bowl but its going to be 4 gerbera daisies and 4 floating candles. Im sure when it gets closer we will talk about it more.

Re: Centerpieces
I already posted this somewhere else... but this is what I'm doing for floating candles... I probably won't get this bowl because it's $20 from illuminations, but Ikea has a nice floating candle bowl for $3...
I am having 250 people at my wedding so that means i have many tables i need to fill with centerpieces. I would love to have those big tall centerpieces with candles and 3 dozen roses but it is not practical. I want something simple and elegant (calla lilies etc.).
I like the floating candle idea in a martini glass but i want something that sticks up because my hall has a high ceiling.
I also think I am having a black and white wedding. Ideas?
