Can someone please tell me what a wax flower is? I got a quote from a venfor to do white roses and wax flowers for $30.00 each. This would be for my e-party. What do you think? Should I just do the centerpieces myself?

Here's a wax flower...usually used as a filler....The $30 for the centerpieces sounds very reasonable...Did you try National Floral Wholesale?
They are nice, as fillers, I guess, right? I didn't check National Wholesalers. Let me look......I really just want something simple and elegant.

Yes, I'm getting them put in to my CP's for the wedding as fillers...it's not overwhelming trust me!
Definitely try National...they beat every and all quote that I gave them, and specialize in Roses! Talk to Freddy, and tell him Christine Eid sent ya!

Believe me...I was all gung-ho about doing things on my own, and then had a reality check that it takes up way too much time and energy....I'm a lazy arse, and work on average 50+ hours per week....so, it's probably just as much the same diy or buying?

I think so. I know somethings can be done yourself, and with some help. But othertimes it worth it to have it done for you. I'll let you know what this national floral wholesale has to offer.
