Re: centerpieces
I am making my CP's also, but I am also adding rose pedals. Therefore, the florist will set it up for me. You can ask the florist to set it up, or ask the hall.

Re: centerpieces
I'm sure your banquet manager can put them on the tables for you. Just ask your hall

Re: centerpieces
You can probably drop them off a few days before and the hall will put them out for you.

Re: centerpieces
We asked our hall and they said no they will not set up our centerpieces the reason is I have alot of DIY things that I want out. I actually hired someone for a few hundered to do it for me and also make sure everything is out that I made... bells, menus, centerpieces, the votive candle holders and light them during CH, etc....

Thats awful that they would not put it out for you My hall would have done anything I asked them to do. Ask your hall. They might do it for you.

Re: centerpieces
if i hire someone itll defeat the purpose of trying to save some money on centerpieces at that point might as well go to the florist

Or maybe a special aunt or Godmother can do it for you. She can go in before the cocktail hour, set it up and then go to the cocktail hour right afterwards. She'll probably be honored that you asked for to do something that important. But before you do that- ask you're hall. Mine said they would do it.
