I'm doing low centerpieces in glass vases with light pink and cream peonies with dark red black beauty roses. I will also have some fruit and willow in them.

That centerpiece looks like it has a ton of Lily of the Valley in it - which is stunning, and I LOVE it - but be warned - it is VERY $$$ and VERY rare to have on the East Coast b/c it only lasts for about 2 weeks in May. I drove my florist crazy trying to determine if he could get it, which he could, but it would have cost me a fortune.
I wanted to have some of it in my centerpieces b/c it is one of my all time favorite flowers, but I had to settle for some silk stems in my bouquet and my hubby's boutinerre. Oh well, at least it looked nice - but, no wonderful fragrance!

I'm having high centerpieces that will consist of a few dozen roses and some stargazer lilies, and there will be votive candles on the stand.

I'm thinking of doing something like this, but I'm not 100% sure yet. i wanted something a little different : ).
