Need ideas on centerpieces... I cant go to the florist w/o ideas...online is no help... I think i choose the wrong color theme ((black)damask, hot pink, white) I cant find anything that doesn't make the wedding look like a sweet 16. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH.....

maybe u can do white hydrangea w/ hot pink roses or something throughout...and maybe make your table numbers the damask pattern i think that wld be elegant

We did ALL white flowers and used other details to highlight our accent color (cranberry)! We had a HUGE oversized arrangement of ALL white, tightly packed hydrangeas for the entrance foyer.....when I get my proofs I will post a pic!
not this centerpiece...but just the base, with pink flowers on top?

thats how i felt.. i love the black damask on white with hot pink accents but not only does a lot of people use this but it seems so sweet 16ish just like you said! maybe try changing the hot pink to green to take away the girlyness.. google 'damask table setting'

Try looking into Calla lily centerpieces. Calla lilies come in a really nice bright pink color, they may make the centerpieces look a little more elegant and not so much like a sweet 16.
