Centerpieces Included

Centerpieces Included

The centerpieces are included in the reception package and I was wondering if anyone had information regarding creating the floral arrangement.
Do I have to contact the hall, the florist they use?
I want to call my place and ask but I don't want them to think I'm an idiot...

I'm sure you would contact the florist that they use. My hall included CPs too but I didn't like them (kinda cheesy- 5 roses in a small vase) so I went through a different florist and I will either take the credit or use the centerpieces for CH.
