Ceremony and CH music!
yay! i got great news today! FH works for a DJ company in Jersey and there is a guy he occasionally works with that sets up musicians - for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions - this guy played the bongos at FH's sisters wedding and they've worked quite a few weddings together.....so FH told me that he would talk to him about musicians for our ceremony and CH......so today FH called him and he told us that we could get a string trio - a cello, violin and viola for our ceremony and cocktail hour (a total of 2 hours - a 30 min ceremony and 1 1/2 hours for the CH) for $1,050.00 - that sounds like a good deal to me......I'm so glad FH knows a lot of people in the business!! we are going to try and get a drummer - like the kind with a full drum set to play with the DJ instead of just the bongos b/c that was part of FH's gift to his sister and we want something different than what she had.....hopefully we can get that too!
