Hello all. I am getting married in the winter. I was quoted $750 to have the ceremony at the hall, which includes decoration for the 'Chapel.' We would also have to pay an additional $400 for the ordained minister/reverend. Does that sound about right or do you think it's too much? How much should it be?

Thats about right. Ours is $600 at the hall and our officiant is $400.

Ours is 350 and the officiant i havent booked yet but have been quoted from 350-500

sounds good, ours is 1200 and 500 for the reverend. We get an extra hour though with a hospitality hour before the ceremony

our ceremony fee was 1000 and the officiant we booked separately was 475

we're paying $375 for the officiant and I've seen the fee for RH to range from $500- $1000

Ours at The Fox Hollow is $600 for the chapel w/ flowers included and $400 for the clergy.

Thank you for the feedback. The prices I've been quoted for the ceremony at the reception hall are $750 including flowers and I've been trying to lower it, but it seems like they won't budge.

I believe that our hall charges $500 for the ceremony and the officiant varies I guess depending on who you use.
