Ceremony at Night Candles?

Ceremony at Night Candles?

Has anyone had their ceremony at sun down - while it is dark? My reception hall has garden lighting and has offered to add some tiki torches - but I am looking for some candle lighting on top of that - maybe down the aisle - any suggestions?

Maybe call around to some of the florists, they may have some candelabras they can rent out. But besides that, your ceremony sounds like it is going to be absolutely beautiful!!!!!

I would be careful with candles on the aisle. I think it would look gorgeous, but make sure the aisle is very wide so you won't have any accidents.

I have seen candle lighting down the aisle at evening weddings. I know there is a specific name for it, but essentially it is a bag (yes paper bag) with cutouts in various shapes, fill bottom with sand and put votive candle in clear votive holder on top of sand, then line aisle. The aisle has to be wide enough, but it is a very pretty effect. My cousin did this at his outdoor evening wedding.
