ceremony at your hall?

how much are you paying to have the ceremony at your hall? and how much for the officiant?

I'm renting a UU church for both the ceremony and reception. They aren't costing me extra for the ceremony being there. I'm paying $1200 but I get $400 back.

It was somewhere in the 500-700 range not including officiant. We are having a church ceremony tho...having it at the hall can save you limo money tho!! It's worth it to me but FH wanted a church wedding.

I looked at 25 halls, and each one quoted me an amount between $450-$650. That price is without the officiant.

Edited to add, that is also without decorations like tulle or bows on the chairs. I was told the florist handles that.

I am paying $525 - it includes the set-up and floral arrangements and hopefully a mini-breakfast for my guests that arrive early!

4.00 per person for the cermomy plus tax and 20% grat. so about 600.00 and 500 for the officiant

I have not hired an officiant and can't believe how much they are!!!! My ceremony is 500.

Oh and I had to get my own officant. I got April I love her! She is WONDERFUL!
