so i think we decided to do these... lots of rules at the church so i need it to be simple with no massive cleanup. how did you girls decorate the bubbles to make it look cute. i like the long white tubes with the loop or hearts at the top.
need some fun ideas please

My best friend got these and we just made bows from ribbon that matched her wedding/program colors. They were really cute in the basket all together. It was just such a pain making all of the bows!

This is what I did as well but in addition to the ribbon tied on the tops I tied on a silver heart charm I got at micheals. They look really cute

I didn't even do ribbons, I got the tubes from the knot and just put them in a little basket...I didn't have the time or patience for ribbons..
